When Maurice originally came to do an estimate I had a problem with the key, and he waited patiently with me for 45 minutes until someone could bring the right key to let us in the house. He was able to perform the service the next day, showed up on time with his crew, did an excellent job quickly and for a very reasonable price. The service took a little longer than he originally estimated to to some additional work I asked him to do, and he communicated about that right away. Would highly recommend this contractor. 100% satisfied.
