Top notch service all the way from being right on time to knowing in depth what they were doing and how to do it most efficiently. The project included removing the existing 30 year old combination oil furnace and air conditioner and installing a new heat pump system. The work was accomplished in one day. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant gentlemen; I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We purchased a contract with Maurice. They have been to our house three times since January for the same problem. Never fix the problem and when I called them for a fourth time she said that they could not come out. That they would have to charge us and after hours call. needless to say we had to go with another company after having a contract with this company and paying for it. They charged us each time they came out a service call fee. Never fixed the problem.

They came one time, did the work in a timely manner, and I had no problems.

Very straight forward and explains why they offer what you ask for at every step of the way. Very professional and honest.

They go above and beyond and perform high quality work. I would highly recommend them if you want a family owned business that will always put you first.

They were on-time for our scheduled appointment, diagnosed the need for a complete replacement (which we had suspected) and, after all needed was ordered, installed our system on the date promised (just a few days later). From my initial call to completion of the work -- professional, pleasant, efficient, on time -- AND, left my property clean and neat. My daughter's experience was exactly the same -- way beyond 5* service!

Just scheduled work and took a service contract. Can t give an opinion yet. But I hired this company because my initial impression and fair quote for repairs and upgrades was positive. Time will tell.

There is not appropriate listing for the work done. Maurice's Heating and cooling routed the gas line through our home for connecting a whole house Generac Generator. Their work passes inspection on the first visit. It was a bit of a complex task and they championed the task.

Reasonable, went above and beyond, considering it was just an hvac inspection. I was impressed with his thoroughness. Will see again in the fall. Thank you for being there!

I booked my appointment through Home Advisor and a technician called me within 10 minutes to confirm. On the day of my appointment, the technicians arrived on time and successfully fixed my central air conditioning unit. They were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt service outstanding, glad I called them!

The technician is very qualified. He is up to date on the new thermostats like echobee and nest. Justin was able to find the problem and fix it in a short amount of time.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable also courteous. We will continue to use this company.

These workers arrived right on time. They were able to diagnose the problem with my heat pump but said they would have to order parts. They were able to get the parts and came back, finished the project, in a very timely fashion. I am so grateful to have my air back on so quickly and meet these pros who did an exceptional job.

I would highly recommend this company! Within minutes of submitting my request to HomeAdvisor I received a call and a commitment to come service our air-conditioning. He was here at the time he said he would be here the next day. He went right to work and solved the problem. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked about future maintenance and purchased a renewable yearly contract.

helpful that he was able to give me a quote at the same time he did his diagnosis. Other companies were not able to do that.

Received quick response and fast service. I was able to receive same day service. Quickly assess the problem and fix and out within in 30min. I will use them again if need arises.

determined I had compressor problem

Did the job, didn't seem to overcharge, Freon was 1/2 the price of others.

Showed up within 1 hr of my call. Then 45min later cool air at a fair price.

He arrived on time, he repaired air conditioner, collected the charges & left.

Maurice was timely, efficient and very informative diagnosing our HVAC problem. Cleaned coils and replaced filters.
