    Top notch service all the way from being right on time to knowing in depth what they were doing and how to do it most efficiently. The project included removing the existing 30 year old combination oil furnace and air conditioner and installing a new heat pump system. The work was accomplished in one day. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant gentlemen; I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

    We purchased a contract with Maurice. They have been to our house three times since January for the same problem. Never fix the problem and when I called them for a fourth time she said that they could not come out. That they would have to charge us and after hours call. needless to say we had to go with another company after having a contract with this company and paying for it. They charged us each time they came out a service call fee. Never fixed the problem.

    They were on-time for our scheduled appointment, diagnosed the need for a complete replacement (which we had suspected) and, after all needed was ordered, installed our system on the date promised (just a few days later). From my initial call to completion of the work -- professional, pleasant, efficient, on time -- AND, left my property clean and neat. My daughter's experience was exactly the same -- way beyond 5* service!

    There is not appropriate listing for the work done. Maurice's Heating and cooling routed the gas line through our home for connecting a whole house Generac Generator. Their work passes inspection on the first visit. It was a bit of a complex task and they championed the task.
