I have had Mauricio paint my condo, remodel two bathrooms and partial renovate my kitchen. He has also done a number of handyman projects for me. I even have him check my condo when I'm gone. He even offers cleaning services. I have recommended him to a number of friends that needed some sort of remodeling, all of whom had 5 star results. I highly recommend.

Mauricio remodeled most of my home. I would say his strongest skill is tile. He pulled up all my flooring, and installed tile. He also gutted my kitchen and rebuilt it beautifully. He has changed outlets, installed moulding, lighting and had poured concrete. He shows up when he says he will - a huge plus these days.

I have used Mauricio for a number of smaller projects for more than 10 years. His work is always very professional and he is very reliable about showing up on time. Last year I bought a house and he spent about 8 weeks updating the whole inside of the house. We are totally satisfied with the completion of the project. We get many compliments from friends about the remodel.
