Mauricio's Construction

Maruricio and his team were reliable, hard working, professional, diligent, reasonably priced and honest! He provided a clear explanation of the job and its requirements throughout the hiring process and while on the job. When Mauricio encountered an issue with the prior gutter installation, he explained what needed to be done to rectify the issue and to ensure the correct installation of the new gutters. His team cleaned the yard up from any debris on my lawn. The gutters and downspout look great! I highly recommend Mauricio and his team.

Fast response and next day service. Great price

Mauricio was very responsive, quick to schedule, on time, and had a team of hard workers. We have an old house, and we found more work needed to be done to complete the job than initially expected. Mauricio provided very reasonable estimates, and the team worked hard to get the job done. I absolutely will hire them again for future work.

Did a wonderful job!! We just hired him to add a new roof. Would recommend him ?

Mauricio was professional, thorough, friendly, and proficient throughout the job. He explained everything he would be doing and why he would be doing it. They cleaned up after the job was finished. The gutters look perfect and clearly have added value to our home. We are extremely happy and thankful that we chose Mauricio Construction!

very professional and efficient .

Immediately responsive after my initial inquiry for quotes. He was able to explain why replacing all the gutter versus partial replacement was necessary. He patiently awaited our decision to go with him and then was prompt in scheduling. He arrived early on the day he scheduled and worked diligently. I wish maybe he would have let us know what time he started and anything we could have done to prep our backyard and front yard to help him besides clearing the driveway, but we all managed all the same. I didn’t see the work being put in, but when I came home my partner said they were very skillful and the job was done and looked seamless. It looks wonderful and new. They also ended up doing some other roofing work for us and quoted and scheduled promptly. They did exactly as desired in taking out a metal chimney stack and repaired the roof. They even repaired our neighbors piece a bit. They were both very nice and language wasn’t an issue. We did have to ask for photo of the finished work, but he was happy to do it and it looked great.

Installed seamless gutters , they were on time , professional , happy with the service .

Mauricio Construction was phenomenal! Excellent price and excellent job! He gave us a great overview of all of the work that needed to be done and time it would take to complete. Just as he said, he did -the old gutters were removed, fascia covering removed, and he replaced any fascia boards, installed new fascia coverings, and installed new gutters within a couple of says, as he had indicated on his quote. Additionally, he cleaned everything. I would recommend hiring his company.

Nice person. He showed me pictures of my back gutters and said I should replace them, I said Ok and he gave me a price and said he would be back this week. I called him Wednesday and now he says he will be here next week. I'm hoping he keeps his word, I would like them done before we get anymore snow.

he did a Good Job cleaning the Gutter and I hired him to clean the yard one day before the snow in Mass. I like his personality and he work very hard. I will have him my permanent helper. Thanks.

Mauricio came over to give me an estimate to clean out my gutters and downspouts. Gave me a price quote on the spot which was half the price of another quotes i got. Not only that but he did it right then. I also got an immediate quote to replace my gutters. I would recommend this company.

Highly recommended company and good service.
