Very nice family! They are very careful and considerate,and accomidating. I needed the work done right away while my husband was out of town and they took care of it. They even made sure they were out the door when I found out he was coming home early. Definitely will use them again.

Although we hired this company, we are disappointed in their job performance. The team underestimated the number of days to complete the job and needed to return on a weekend day to finish. There were two areas (living and dining rooms) that were cut out (fan and ceiling light) and left unfinished. When we noticed the unfinished ceilings, I tried several weeks to contact the company to request they return and finish the job, my calls went unanswered. After several weeks I finally received a return call and was informed that a family emergency was the reason for the unanswered calls. They never returned to complete the job. At the beginning of the job I requested a bit of paint be left behind for touch-ups, I was told by the owner that would have reflected a higher bid cost. On a positive note, the team was courteous, tried hard to avoid spills on the newly refinished floor and cleaned up after the job.
