Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

Hired them for a finishing out project in Austin. It turns out that they do not know how to obtain a permit for commercial projects in Austin. When I confronted with questions regarding the status, they keep blaming the city of Austin for the lack of progress. When I went down to the city to check on the status, the City told me they CANNOT find any record of permit request submitted for my project. It cost me 3 months of delays = $15000+ in lost rents and incomes. Would not recommend these people. They are very nice; however, that would be all you will get from them: lip service.
