Did everything right except for having someone ready to help him move furniture

Misa Acosta did an excellent job repairing the water damaged floor under the refrigerator. He even had to replace parts of the subfloor. He come out the next day and even worked on the weekend. He did not charge us extra for that and his price was lower than others. I highly recommend him.

I couldn't give Misa and MAV a higher recommendation. He and his team were prompt, professional, courteous and highly skilled. Not only did he refuse to cut corners, he pointed out and fixed flaws in our subfloors and construction that most hired professionals would have simply ignored. He has been a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely hire him and his team for any project he offered to help us with.
