It seemed Eric did a good job initially. When it became apparent that he did not do the installation of 2 sump pumps correctly I tried to get ahold of him. My basement was flooding but he did not care. Today I had 3 inches of water in entire basement because both new sump pumps he installed failed. It cost me a fortune to have ServPro, and a plumber come to clean out water and fix pump problems. I kept trying to reach Eric but he would not respond and it appears his phone is off or not in service. Eric seems nice but then does not back his work.

Eric completed one project for me. He was unpredictable with actually committing to a day. When he finally did my crawl space, they let trash in my yard and my floor is still sinking in. I had another contractor come recently and he said Eric did NOT do the crawl space correctly, cut corners and it will have to be redone soon as the vapor barrier was not secured down nor put up the sides of the walls. He also did not put any new boards or secure the floor before installing floor jacks. Additionally I hired Eric to repair my bathroom. I paid him a deposit of $300 on November 27th and said the project HAD to be done by December 15th. He scheduled several days and did not show up and then others he would cancel day of AFTER I asked when he was coming. I was forced to hire another contractor last minute who came when promised and finished in one day. Eric WILL NOT respond to my requests for the refund of my deposit and is terribly unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE.

Eric (the owner) did not complete the project and has not refunded the deposit we paid to him. He's not responding to any emails, texts, or phone calls. My business partner and I attempted to do business with him twice after he provided us with what seemed to be a heartfelt response for the first failure to start/complete the work. This individual is not responsive or accountable for his actions and his business. I wouldn't recommend him or business bc he's not trustworthy. We've had to initiate legal actions against this company and it's owner. Steer clear of this contractor.
