Max came, said he fixed the pipe, took the money and left. But the pipe is not fixed. He also promise to send a quote for a bigger job and that quote has never arrived.

Max started project great however did not finish great. Lots of patches, seemed ok with mistakes and used inferior materials. Use a fence company!

there is a bit of language barrier so make sure that your project has some visual to guarantee that the outcome matches what you really want to communicate

He pressure washed our deck and it looks amazing! I don t even know the last time it had been cleaned, as we moved in in June and it was covered in dirt and mold.

Max performed as promised - nice workmanship. Only issue Max left two of the pulled concrete posts - disappointing. Regardless, I'd use Max again, just would check the project upon completion.

Max is very professional. His estimate was the lowest. The quality of his work was very good (Much better that the earlier job). He delivers what he promises. I strongly recommend him

Max is very personable, and always on time. However, his clean-up after each day's work was less than desirable. We have a small dog that needed to use the back yard area, but this area was left with equipment and wood blocking the way to the yard area. When the job was complete, we found scraps of wood, yard debris, and a post that had not been cleared away. There was an area where cement had been spilled and never cleaned up. The fence was beautifully done, but there was a lot of clean up we had to do. The post, with cement at the base, is still in our yard.

Maxbuilding was prompt and dependable. The area was left very clean. He was reasonable in cost.

He did a good job replacing a broken fence post. Called when he was running a little late. Am considering hiring him again for to replace toilet and flooring in a small bathroom.

Max did a great job on my broken fence post replacement. He was on time for the estimate and the actual work. It was a small job but based on this I would hire him again.

Max did a very good job fixing an emergency leak in my bathroom. I'm very pleased with the quick service he provided.

He does excellent work and pays attention to detail. He was always on time and completed the bathroom remodel before the agreed date. Very helpful and always concern I stay within my budget. Although English is his second language he doesn't have any problem communicating. It was a pleasure having him remodel our bathroom. I would use him again.

Max is a nice man and provided us with a low price for our bathroom remodel. Our project included removal and replacement of our bathtub, vanity and bathroom tiling on the floor and surrounding the shower. After the tub was installed it leaked. Luckily we have not replaced the drywall ceiling in the basement below the tub. Max returned to fix the leak however it continues to leak. Leaks were also observed below the vanity sink he installed. The bottom of vanity cabinet warped from the water. Max did return to fix the leak. After the tub was installed (porcelain coated steel) the contractor pointed out that it was dented.

I was initially pleased with his quick response but they did not clean up after themselves and left paint on the interior floor and some paint dripped on the newly painted deck. I don't think he did a final inspection of the work so was not hired for additional work that I needed done.

Max was on time and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond what was expected. I will definately use him again in the future. Recommended

Max and his assistant were thoughtful to my wishes for a two level deck and painting my house. His work is thorough. My father, from California, called one day and said he was on his way up on Wednesday. Great Scott! I panicked and asked if Max could have the deck done before my dad arrived. Max had already completely pressure washed the house, done the primer, painted the beautiful color and did the trim on every window, gutter, door jam, garage, tore down the delapedated old deck and had the frame work for the new deck. Alot to ask of him and his assistant but they had it completely finished Wednesday early afternoon. My dad arrived that night at 6 p.m. Phew! Thank God for Max because I just couldn't be trapped inside my house with my Dad for a whole week. I am so impressed and the deck is beautiful. My dad and I were out on it every morning and evening. Reasonable costs, finishing works could have been better.
