Max was professional, thorough, friendly but not intrusive. He explained the process along the way. He provided a checklist evaluation before he left which was followed up by complete report with his description and pictures of things that he observed sent via a separate email. Mold evaluation was also received via email as soon as lab report came in later that day which was much appreciated.

Max was great to work with. Very personable and professional. His pre-sale inspection revealed areas the contractor missed and spots with poor workmanship. We will take care of the items he pointed out in his report before we put the house on the market. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Max spent ~5 hours non-stop, in fact he was running, to inspect a ~5000 sqft house for me. He left nothing unchecked, walked on the 2 story roof, and entered the attic. To thoroughly check a moisture spot on the ceiling he brought in a thermographic camera and ended up checking all ceilings. He hit his head on a low hanging light fixture badly. Still that only made him pulse for a short moment.

They are super responsive. They try to accomodate to your schedule not theirs! They showed up 5' earlier than expected. Thel explained the whole proces and send 2 preeliminary reports with the most important finds, one as soon as they finished, the other a couple of hours after and the final report with all the pictures was received later on the afternoon. Highly recomendable!!!

Max was prompt, very professional, and explained the process and reason for the wind mitigation inspection and the affect on the insurance premium.
