"I was surprised when I saw the 3-star review. We were hired to widen the hallway doors to make them accessible for a wheelchair. We put off other jobs to complete this as soon as possible, so the wife could come home in a wheelchair. Everything was completed in a professional manner and per the bid. We were to drywall and texture only the repairs. The bid was never for any additional painting. The husband, who was the only person on the job, was very satisfied with the work completed. We would have gladly done additional painting if it was in the project bid."
"I agree the lighting was terrible. With all the shadows it was very difficult to see and any imperfections. The problem was they painted the bathroom before we completed all the sanding and touch up. I was told not to do anything with the shower ceiling because the tile guy would cover it up. When the tile guy did not cover it, I was called back to fix the tile guy unfinished work. I went back 5 times to try and make the homeowner happy. The work was done in a professional manner and looked good. Needless to say, I was very surprised when I saw the review. The husband hired me for the job and was very happy with the work completed. In fact, he hired me for additional work that included trimming out the entire kitchen and living room, after water damage. After I passed on to other jobs for his trim job, he called me and said I could not do it because the insurance company had their own crew."
