Brian was helping me with my pool and KOI pond and was very helpful, but I am rating a .5 for customer service as he has been AWOL without any responses, his voice mail is full and as a result everyone else that I have called I am now on waiting list as I could not count on Brian to deliver which is too bad as he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Just a note that they could not help me any longer or service my pool would have prevented a negative review here. All in all need to be able to count on them to deliver, and they did not and I called Pool King who only uses them for their installs, and they indicated they have similar issues reaching him. I used Four Season Pool in Fallen for recommendations and will probably use them for future supplies as well.
