They charged me 350.00. The job took 1/2 hour. So there rate works out at 700.00 an hour. I didn't know the job would be so fast and easy when I agreed to the price.

Our technician Zoltan was so nice. He explained what he was doing as he went through his work, was very courteous and did an excellent job.

The technician was very accommodating. Came back late to repair my AC. great customer service.

Honest AC company with caring employees. Team came out same day to help us with our AC unit that went out. They provided a thorough assessment and options to fix our 14 year old unit or replace it. We decided to replace it so the company provided quotes for several of the units they provided. I called 4 other local AC businesses and Max Air was priced the best so we committed to their business. This company moved around their schedule to install our unit the next day. Everything went smoothly and we are loving our new more eco friendly unit.

Matt and the entire team were professional, friendly, and willing to help with everything we needed. Excellent communication and very responsive. EDIT: It turns out Max and his buddy broke our dryer. When they moved it (BEFORE turning breakers off) they snagged the power cable causing the wire casing to strip and the hot wire to touch metal, which instantly blues a small hole through the metal it touched. It also shorted the breaker itself. We had to get a new dryer (and matching washer) which cost over $1,000. We also had to get a new breaker as well as repair the damage they did to the wall and electrical which set us back $400. There is no way on god's green earth that they did not hear what must have been a loud **pop** when the breaker blew. They simply did not tell us. Screw these guys.

Max service replaced my a/c unit almost three months ago and I am still waiting for them to finish the job. They were waiting for the dog house covering for between the housing and the unit, saying they were waiting for the metal shop to make it and that it would take a week or two. Now almost three months later I still can't get them to come back out to finish it and they are saying to get it done it will be an additional $300 to complete. They just took their initial pay and left the job incomplete.

Max sent out a tech at 5pm Sunday and fixed my AC. The technician Roger was very professional and got the job done swiftly. I highly recommend this group for any AC needs. They even came by today to oversee the work that was done yesterday.

The tech came back at 9pm to address my concerns about the unit. That's over and above as far as I'm concerned.

This company and everyone that works for them Are very respectful, honest, and hard working! The timeframe of service is the best in town! I have been dealing with ac companies for a week going back and forth with many of them. The pricing with Max was very reasonable and actually the best pricing I got quoted from all the companies! They came out on a Saturday and had to replace my whole unit and it was all done same day! Best ac company around by far!

After the job was completed. I contacted Max and complained about the amount of noise coming from my AC unit. This is 5 minutes after it was suppose to be repair. He was not concern about it. It did not make that noise before they on it. I had to call another AC repair company to repair damage that they did to it. It was a burned out motor cost me 600 dollars to get it repair. That was not the original problem in the first place

We were pleased with Max Services through estimate and installation phases. Since the heat pump has been installed I have sent countless emails, text messages and made several phone calls regarding information that is needed to submit my Duke Energy rebate. I have not received any responses. The voice mailboxes for both the sales persons cell and office phone are both full which prevents me from being able to leave a message. I have further concerns on whether or not Max Services will submit my warranty registration as promised.

Very quick and professional response. Did exactly as agreed upon with services requested. Reliable information regarding time frame and services rendered. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for fast and honest work being completed.

I called Max and left a message ,minutes after Max called me to see how I was doing with my a/c,and I told him that I already had someone coming the following day (and this on a Sunday)and he said to me what stoping you from getting done today and I told him I don't want to pay emergency fees and he said there's not, let me send you someone to check it out for you and tell you what's wrong and he did and got it running in no time very knowledgeable and friendly Max and the person that came over at very affordable price ,I would definitely use him again if I have too .thank you Max

Scheduled appointment with them, no one showed up. Waiting 45 mins before calling hem. Ended up hiring another service. Would not recommend.

They over promise and under delivery

They did a very good job cleaned up after they were done the service tech was an excellent representative for the company like the other reviews say they did a very good job overall everything was fine and I would use them again
