From start to finish, Mr. Maxey was professional, responsive, and patient with all of our questions throughout the process. His communication and customer service really stood out and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. The crew that built the deck was efficient, detailed, and clearly took pride in their work. They paid attention to the craftsmanship, kept the project moving, and delivered a finished product that exceeded our expectations. The quality of the deck looks amazing, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about the work they do. Butch builds the house that you want not the one he wants for you. We have lived in the house without problems or concerns for over 3 years. It has been great living here.

was very pleased with the work. We had a small area fenced in with chain link fencing. They made us aware that they could pressure wash the house which needed it badly so we agreed to that service as well. The cleaned the gutters at no additional charge. They came quickly. They had enough people to do the work, they cleaned up behind themselves. They were friendly and easy to work with and I would engage them for any services I need in the future. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Butch and his team constructed a very large deck for us. We had some custom ideas in mind, making it a challenge for most. But not for his awesome deck guy Fernando. He is AWESOME, meticulous and hard working. Site was clean every evening when they went home. It looks fantastic. Butch has Pictures. There was a misunderstanding in the beginning as to the wood that would be used, but Butch made it right and ate the extra cost due to the misunderstanding, which we really appreciated. All in all if you have a deck project and especially if you have a custom deck project Give them a call. Their prices were very reasonable for the work performed.

I was very impressed. I would not only recommend them, I would use them again. I liked their temperment as they were very professional. We had to make a change to the contract and he was willing to accomodate me, he was on time and it was an overall good experience.

Quality workmanship on my deck refurbishment liked how it turned out / bought lag bolts for railing post but did not install? Other than this small detail service was good and I have allready recomended them.

Maxey Homes did a great job. Started and finished when he said he would. The price of job was what was quoted. His crew cleaned up thier mess each day. It doesn't get much better.

Very pleased with the stone walls and Bamboo flooring that was installed in my basement. Butch and the crew were very easy to work with and completed and cleaned the debris in a timely manner. Definitly plan on using him on future projects.

I quickly received a return call once the request was submitted. The replacement of the columns was completed within the day. The work performed by Maxey Homes was very precise, detailed, and I could not ask for better customer service.

What they repaired doesn't even match the rest of the house. It looks awful, is a different color and not even securely nailed down. I will not use them again. The customer service is okay but the quality of the work is so bad that I could have done better myself.
