I hired Maxfield on Thursday, October 10 to clean an area rug in my living room. He saturated the rug and it took almost 24 hours to dry. When I walk into the room, there is a horrible odor. I called him on Saturday, October 12 and left a message to please call me and it is now October 18, he has not returned my call. Very disappointing
