Arrived on time,started loading right away. Wrapped every piece of furniture in moving blankets. Great job. No damaged furniture. Cost was about 2/3 of other quotes. Highly recommend Maxforce.

These guys were great! I hired 3 men for 2 hours to unload my 16’ Penske truck filled completely! They wasted no time and got the job done right on schedule! Thank you William, John and David B! I would definitely use them again!

The elite packing people were nice amazing people and did a really great jobâ ¦ the movers were not that great, they were pretty nice guys but they were not fragile with my belongings AT ALL, and there were a few things damaged. After the move I couldnâ t find my small safe so I called them and told them about it. They were really rude about it and accused me of breaking the conditions of the contract when they never told them to me in the first place! I will never hire them for anything again, and with how nice the people were in the beginning I NEVER would have imagined them being this way after my move!

If they are moving you, be wise to the fact that if something is broken you might not get reimbursed for your belongings Johnathan was great at coordinating everything. The movers on the other hand handled our belongings. There was no care in general. If you do have broken items they will try to say it was not their fault. Just beware!

"This is Sal with Maxforce. I personally did your load up and I have 50 pictures of loading up the truck as well as 20 pictures notating every item with any form of scratches to damage before moving items onto the truck. Anything packed into boxes not done by our packing team, Maxforce is not responsible for. In addition, many of the boxes where overstuffed beyond what the box is capable of holding. There was no damage when I loaded and upon the delivery there was no damage stated on the delivery form that you signed complete. Finally, we do not charge for how many people are needed. Our operation manager decides on teams based on scheduling. Yes your husband help with a couple of small things that needed to be taken apart, however, this was after you informed us at 2:45 that you needed to be out at 3pm. We started 8:29am and did the walkthrough and you were still packing as we got there. At the end of the walk through we take pictures, ensure the right items are going, and clarify if there are any time constraints. Neither you nor your husband stated that there was a time to be out of the property until it was 15 minutes prior, and we still finished up by 3:19pm We only left one small end table, small lamp, 2 packages of towel paper, 2 totes, a very small stool, and one small trash can. We packed our truck to the point that it was barely closing and it took us and extra 30 minutes to try close the door of the truck by rearranging the items so everything can fit. I can only say that this is a review in bad faith. If you would like the pictures I can send all 200+ pictures. Regards, Salvatore."

This company moved me on the 11th of October 2022! Everything was going good until they broke my wifeâ s Curio Cabnet. The young man took a picture and said not to worry the owners would take care of the problem. Well when are they going to take care of it? Oh by the way I even recommended them to my neighbors which is going to use them, I have called the office ( and sometimes someone would pick up the phone and than hang up) the last time I talked to them in the office I was told that the owners had to take care of the problem and just not going to write a check,!! Iâ m not that stupid to think they would. So Iâ m just wondering why itâ s taking so long? If they think Iâ ll just forget about it (thatâ s not going to happened. I need someone to contact me! I donâ t believe thatâ s asking to much.

Trudy sees you in court soon. We were relocating from the North West Arkansas area to the DFW area in Texas when we ran across the adverts for Max force delivery service online. We engaged their services to move our properties from Bentonville Arkansas to the DFW Texas area. This moving service owned by a lady called Trudy promised to deliver our properties safely and securely. We welcomed the movers into our home on the day of the move, provided them with the lunch of their choice, and took good care of them, upon loading the truck Trudy demanded full payment for the service which we obliged and completed the full payment. Upon arrival to our new home, it was discovered that our very expensive refrigerator was thoroughly beaten up, door handles bolts missing, my office desk damaged beyond redemption, my king-sized bed damaged, my Queen sized bed headboard destroyed, my Dining room buffet missing handles, the moving team supervisor a gentleman by name if Sal told me Trudy would reach out to the very next day and resolve these issues we trusted them and they left. The next day there was no call and now two weeks later still no resolution. We will of course want to let the public know that this moving service cannot be trusted and have no integrity and we will be seeking all legal means to correct this anomaly of a moving service.

I moved March 5 from one apartment to another a couple miles away and chose MaxForce because they were on the Angi list. I didn't even bother getting other bids because they were so responsive and responsible. Things were going great until...I noticed they loaded my brand new leather couch into their truck with NO protection, no quilts, no wrap... When I got to the new apartment, I noticed the significant damage to my couch , I took photos and so did the movers. I heard Nothing... I tried emailing, calling, texting and finally got the phone number of the owner "Trudy" so I called and texted here with NO Response. I'm forwarding photos of the damages. THEY are responsible, not me.... please let me know how this can be resolved. I was trying to withhold my negative review but it's now time to let you know they are responsible and I expect and deserve compensation. Thanks, Julie Mertens

Ok, I was a nervous wreck when I decided to move. But Jonathon put me at ease when he scheduled the moving date as he was very professional and reassuring , and the price was reasonable and affordable. When the movers arrived, Austin and John ( and they were on time) worked very hard and were both very nice young men. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
