If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Justin made the entire home buying experience less stressful, knowing we had such a detail-oriented home inspector in our corner! His thorough report doubles as a homeowner’s manual. He has made himself available for follow-up questions, and is always quick to respond. As a first time home buyer, Justin welcomed us to walk with him through the entire inspection & showed us how each component of the house works. Justin was fast, courteous, affordable, and exceptionally detailed, using modern evaluation technology. No stone was left unturned. Justin Birtwell recently (10/2025) did our home inspection. We were very pleased with both the process and the results. He returned our calls quickly and answered our questions so that we would be prepared for his arrival. He was prompt and extremely thorough. But most impressive was his limited intrusion. He was here for about 3 hours and we were able to go about our daily activities without interruptions. The report arrived the next day and we were absolutely amazed. The information was organized and well documented with easy to read explanations and photos. Everything was color coded to easily identify problems areas that we should consider addressing. Justin was easy to talk to and answered many of our questions both at the site and after we reviewed the evaluation. He also made a few suggestions that we plan to follow up on. He will be returning to read the radon test and finalize our visit. Without hesitation we would recommend Justin Birtwell at Maxim Home Inspections.
