I received an excellent price quote. When I went in the store to choose the carpets, the price was increased. When they came to install the carpets on room had two different shades of color. I was no pleased with that. Instead of changing the carpets over I decided to leave it. I paid less money due to this error in color.

They did a great job. I had two rooms to do and One guy came out and he did the job very fast in one day. They were very reasonably priced and understood we had budget restrictions. Will use again and would recommend.

After a few months of research and estimates we decided to go with Max from Maximum Carpet & Flooring Corp. because his office was closer to our home than the others along with his pleasant personality. His price quote also ranked among the lower ones we received. Max provided excellent service - throughout he visited to ensure that the sub-contractors were doing the job. He underestimated the amount of material required, however, he absorbed the loss. His price and quality of work was great!!!! Also, the sub-contractors took 1/2 day extra to complete the work than previously stated however, their excellent quality of work compensated for that inconvenience. We are enjoying our floors. Everyone that visits our home absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

I was out of town when I engaged Max Carpet to install carpet in one of my rental properties. With very little instruction, they were able to complete the job to my uttermost satisfaction. They are professionals who will work until you are absolutely satisfied. Highly Recommended.

The experience with this company was the worst. The owner came to my house with all the carpet samples ready to sell me a product. He seems to be a good businessman. On the day of my install, two men came, one spoke english, the other NONE. The started doing the job, the one who spoke english left in the middle of the job, this is around 12noon, said he had to get some additional supplies, at 6:00pm he still had not returned. I called the owner 6 times. Each time was a different story. Meanwhile, there's a man in my house, waiting for the other carpet installer. I cannot communicate with him because he does not speak english. (unreal).

very satisfied with pricing and installers were exceptional but i was unhappy with the padding cause it was supposed to be 6 lb padding and it was not ! overall everything else was good max is a very accomodating man and i hope in the future i get what i want and pay for. the customers i already recommended better be satisfied tomorrow when they get there carpeting done cause i have all good recommendations and dont want it to bite me in the --- .maral

Well my experience with the job didn't go over that well. But one portion was the delivery and install date, which was out of their control due to Shaw's computers being down. They meaning Maximum Carpet did do good by me by taking off like 15% or $100.00 from the overall cost of the job for my inconvenience. But on the other hand the installation was not an extremely professional installation. They did come back to fix the little issue that didn't go well with me, but their install was not to professional standards. Little things that just shouldn't look the way they did or happen the way they happened is what is not giving them a full 5 star.
