Customer service is terrible; multiple messages left are not returned. I finally found an email address and sent my message that way. John called me then and did come out to check my concerns. I'll have to wait for cold weather to see if the problem was cared for or not.

I hired Maximum into install three stainless steal caps at a relatively reasonable price. They offered a volume discount in a written estimate but then charged the full price to my credit card. They didn't return my email asking them to correct the charge, but apparently did not object to the adjustment made by my credit card company at my request.

Very disappointed. The work is questionable. I tried to resolve the issues and made repeated phone calls to an answering service but NEVER received a return call. The estimate of cost and time was way off. I would NOT recommend this company giving them NO stars!
