I was very happy with this company. When my furnace went out, the owner, Jim made a special trip over to my house to drop off portable heaters that I could use until they installed my new furnace. Collin did a very good job installing my new furnace.

During the sales process I had many questions regarding the efficiency of the system being recommended for installation. Jim, the owner of the company was patient and clear while answering these questions. He explained his reasoning for what he had suggested we purchase. The men that installed our new central air were polite and business-like. When done with the installation, they cleaned up their work areas. There was nothing left behind for me to clean up. After the installation, Jim came back out to inspect the work of his men. He checked with me about how satisfied I was and again answered all of my questions. I heartily recommend Maximum Heating and Cooling for any and all services they offer.

From start to finish everyone was very professional & kind. Jim the owner was the first one we saw and the last one we saw after the job was completed. The uninstaller was fast and cleaned everything up for the installer. The installer was very proficient. Our new furnace is quite. We are very pleased with. The whole experience. Awesome experience with these guys. I didn't wire my Thermostat correctly and they were able to troubleshoot and identify the mix-up very quickly. It was a simple buy pricey ($100) mistake but better than not having A/C in this hot weather!

This company serviced our A/C last year and afterwards, the owner called us to make sure we were happy with the job. Most places just send out a survey so this personal touch really stood out. I had them back today to install a water heater and the service techs were professional and courteous. I'll be using this company again and will happily recommend them to friends and family.

Not that there is a good time to have a furnace go down, but this was an exceptionally bad time for me. The Maximum team was quick and professional. They provided valuable advice and once I determined what I wanted to be done, they were there and done with the project immediately. The communications were clear and accurate.
