Company bought my contract mid season last year from an individual I used for 15 years without a single issue. 2nd application they spread too much fertilizer and burnt 70% of my lawn, dead! When told to remedy it, owner admitted a inexperienced operator of new equipment, showed up with grass seed and threw it over dead grass which obviously didn't take. Waited all season before dealing with it myself and now just had to order top soil and spent the last 2 days fixing his mess. Don't hire. Business is a side hustle to the owner so not 100% dedicated to customer service. Photos are what's been redone so far with topsoil, myself. Not a single offer to fix the lawn properly but had nerve to call and request contract renewal this season. NOPE!

Eric was prompt and clearly explained everything to me. The price was great and he actually was suggesting that I do my own sealing on the house instead of paying him. I felt he was very honest because he wasn’t trying to up-sell me on anything like some of the others I spoke with.

There isn't much to say. I discovered a large nest full of nasty wasps, that even stung me once while standing back and observing it. Maximum Pest Control came the day after I called (I called on a holiday) and quickly and competently removed it. As a precaution, they went around the house and sprayed under the roof overhang so any survivors wouldn't resettle close by.
