Tree Removal
A tree fell down in my front yard due to the high wind and rain and was blocking the neighbors garage door. I accessed home advisor for help and Maximus Tree Works was calling me before I was able to look at the notification that they were going to call. They were out and the tree completely removed within 2 hours. The workers were very friendly and courteous. Everyone else that I contacted advised 2-3 days to remove, they knew it was urgent to remove the tree from the neighbors yard and came the same day. They are 5 plus stars in my book!

"We take our customer service very serious James, Im sorry you feel upset about the job but when I spoke with you, you said everything was absolutely amazing and you where very pleased, you even went as far as tipping all my guys, we did the job a month ago and I just recently deposited your check a couple days ago, I'm not sure what was going on but yesterday I called you and said I can refund your money and you just hung up, If the job wasn't completed we would have never asked for a check , I'm sorry your upset your words " everything looks absolutely amazing and great ""
