Maxtech

I had video security cameras installed. The wiring of the cameras to the display was okay, but the people that did the install had no experience with the particular brand of equipment used. The installer never hooked up the DVR video recorder. I called and emailed Maxtech many times to try to resolve the problem, but my calls and emails were ignored. I'm now trying to do it myself, but there are a few pieces missing that I have to purchase.

Our first contact was through a voicemail message which was very informative & gave me a basic quote. This saved SO MUCH time! Communication was excellent and considerate. I would like to express appreciation for Nick who ran into a couple snafu's with our older home and worked around them with ease. He listened to what we wanted and found a way to make it work and the end result is beautiful!! I would emphatically recommend Maxtech for their fantastic service and their quote was even less than the other pros!! 5 stars all the way!
