Handyman Service
A family operated business with good work ethic. Reasonably priced, fast and on time quality service. Robert and Sara did a very good job in completing multiple projects from building a 72" butler's pantry to painting cabinets, caulking door frames, installing light/fan fixtures, electrical repairs, wall texturing etc., that a general contractor we hired failed to perform. We vouch for their performance and will use them for any of our future home improvement projects.

Robert did an excellent job. I needed to prepare my attic into a storage area and he met my expectations. He was on time and did the job on a timely manner. Price was also reasonable. I will use his services again, he will be our Handy Man.

Robert did a wonderful job on taking up my back patio by the pool and installing new porcelain tiles. There were areas that did not match in size but he was able to make everything look nice and even. He helped me with tile selection and spent time explaining details I had not thought about. He also replaced the door seal on the floor and did a very detailed job. I love my new look, the room looks bigger and delightful. Robert and his brother did a wonderful job and I am looking forward to working with them again.

We hired them for the initial job and have hired them for more jobs and look forward to continuing our relationship with them. They were quick to respond and finish the job, and also provided photos of the work for progress.

I am so happy I finally found someone who care and value their work. My floor was very badly damaged in my kitchen/dining area. This couple worked together to give me a new floor that I can be proud of, and I am so happy with their work. My kitchen floor looks great. I have finally found me a handyman.

Handyman Service
The handyman call me too many times after told he was going to be paid to be patient because we were coordinating the payment with a third party. The handy man wrote text messages to me that he had trusted us and messages that were very offensive expressing his lack of confidence he was going to be paid. We had already pay him for a previous job and this was the second time we hired him so he should know he was going to be paid; besides, he knows where my house is...no reason for us to hide from him and not pay.. very unprofessional on that respect.
Response from Maxter Professional Services, Inc.
"We at RF Contractor & Handyman Services, Inc, take pride in our services and have a loyal following of clients. We entered into a contract with this customer for a second time, she had previously been more than satisfied with our work. The second project entailed a water damaged property that would require and inspection to pass, I took all day, subcontracted a plumber to whom I paid out of my pocket, charged a very minimal amount, Property inspection passed. After the fact customer, notified us she was intending on getting us paid from a third party, something that was never discussed at contract."
