Hired Maxwell Roofing to do a complete removal and install on my rental home in preparation to put it on the market. Scott Maxwell called me personally to confirm the install date and the type/color of material to use. I was out of town for the entire evolution and Scott kept me abreast of their progress and sent me a text when completed. I was vey happy when we got back into town and took a drive by the house. Fantastic job and completed in minimal time with absolutely no effort on my end. Highly recommend!

Coordinated schedules for work while I was out of town, effected repairs, and offered to stabilize railing on flat roof that was causing problem. Very easy to work with and very professional. Submitted my request at 11pm and got a call at 11:15. We were out of town on vacation. He went by our house the following day to check out the job and got back to me with an estimate. He was able to fit our job between others. Very happy with service!

Cannot say enough about this experience. I called 3 roofing companies and they did not come out at all. Called Maxwell and the owner came out and did the work. They arrived on time, communicated, and were flexible in getting the work done. Work was done in a timely manner with great value, and not pushing not needed work. He took his time and did not rush. I approved all the work and he even showed me the roof repairs. Will highly recommend to any friends that need roof repair.
