Maxwell did complete the work in an overall satisfactory manner, however during the roof repair, a worker accidentally stepped through the drywall ceiling, resulting in the need for a fairly large area of repair and repainting. It did take some time for the repairs to be completed but all eventually ended well and the project was completed to our satisfaction. Despite this unfortunate accident, the replacement flat roof and underlayment repairs was very well done, and has been leak-free since the replacement roofing was installed.

Although this at first appeared to be a fairly simple re-roof, it turned out to be a major project required all decking to be replaced and a waterproofing solution for adjoining roof. The project was started the day following my signing the contract and completed the following day. All work is absolutely top-notch and all the debris from the re-roofing was completely removed. Customer service from Mark (sales) and Jack (project manager) was excellent in all respects. I can recommend Maxwell Roofing without reservation!

They arrived early, completed the job in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. They even went and got paint to match the existing trim and painted it. I didn't have to do anything except admire their work. You can't even tell that any roof tiles were removed and put back. I would recommend them.
