Woke up Saturday morning and realized we had no heat. Called James who immediately answered and arrived in about 1 hour. Checked everything out, to include going underneath the house in the crawl space. Diagnosed the problem which resulted in replacing the thermostat. He noticed that I was a vet and automatically gave me a discount. Great job, great service and I will use Mayer for both yearly maintenance and any HVAC problems that come up.

James was a very nice person, and was more than accommodating when it came to safety measures during this COVID pandemic. He walked us through what was wrong with our system and got it back up and running after not working all last summer. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family in the future!!

My A/C was not working and Mayer's heating came out to service the request. It was discovered that the thermostat and the compressor needed to be replaced. At a fair price the work was done and recommendations were suggested to prevent future problems. I appreciated what he suggested and plan on using him in the future.
