We had to take them all the way to court. They just walked out the job for no reason. They wouldn’t refund our Deposit until 1 week before we would’ve faced the case at court house. It took over 3 years for them to admit that it was wrong and there buiesness practice arent right by sending the whole deposit via check back to us. There are many other companies on the market doing excatly the same what mid Atlantic offers so highly recommend to look into their offer and estimates rather than have a headache and get yelled by a very rude owner who has no respect for people from another country. This is one of most unprofessional buiesness I ever deald with. Avoid if you can!!! Zero Stars… Calling me a Liar shows again how professional this Buiesness operates…

They weren't the cheapest to get the job done, but they were the most efficient and thorough. Other estimates I received I felt were inferior as they did not include the quality materials (like the size of the pump used or type of pipes) that Mid Atlantic did. My representative was always easy to reach and answered every call or text right away, even after the job was done. I never felt like I was left in the dark about anything.

No leaks so far. They were very professional and cleaned up well. Covered my furniture and were very careful.

Although the solution worked, the price was hefty, and even small issues were overpriced.

Lloyd was our rep and he was very good. Answered all of our questions and responded quickly when we thought we had a problem after the job was done. There was no problem. We thought our heater got damaged but turned out to be it was just switched off. But Lloyd made sure we got it sorted. The work itself was done on time and efficiently. The team had to remove cabinets and appliances, including a granite counter top and did it all with care and no damage to any of it. They worked around some of our structural issues to minimize damage. The pump ended up in a spot different then expected, moved due to space restrictions. The relocated spot is fine. I do wish the water pipe leading out to our yard curved to direct water towards the middle of the yard where the grass is. Its pointed to shoot straight out onto our concrete patio. But I'll see what happens the first time the pump is triggered. May not be a problem. If it is I feel like I can call them to take a look. When the job was done everything looked good and they cleaned out all the debris. We did notice a couple of the plastic pieces that sit with the tube and extend out past the top broke off in one section. Again not sure if that matters and would call them if it looked like something was wrong. I think they did a good job and I'm happy with the work, the people and the investment. It hasn't been needed since installation so the real tell will be to see how well it works when we finally need it to. For now, just knowing it's there makes it a lot less stressful when I hear there's a bad rain coming. That's worth a lot. They explained the whole process and did what was promised. They gave us a quote and stuck to it. No surprises or additional costs once the job started. I thank Mid-Atlantic for their work and would work with them again.

Installed water pumps over a year ago and they are still working as promised. It was a One day job and they cleaned the work area

They sold you most expensive package you may not needed and charged high price for it, and doing the sloppy job.

I gave the company a 4 simply because it hasn t rained since I had the work done so I don t know if the system works yet.

GR8 job but very expensive. Could have addressed the water issues in a different less expensive way but that was never discussed. Only interested in selling their “fresh drain system “.....which while very good; isn’t always necessary to address the issue. Sell them selves as waterproofing experts but only want to sell the more expensive job.

I moved into my house in June 2016 and I have been battling with water in my basement ever since. After it rained a few months ago, I knew I could no longer deal with this problem and without knowing what to do, I went to Home Advisors. I spoke with three companies and I decided to go with Mid Atlantic Waterproofing. While it was not an inexpensive problem to rectify, I had no choice. Everyone I spoke to at Mid Atlantic Waterproofing was very professional. The three men arrived at my home to resolve the project and I felt completely comfortable having three strange men in my home. They resolved the problem in one day. When the rainstorm on April 15 and 16th hit, I knew it was the best test ever! On Monday morning I went downstairs and my basement was completely dry! I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Waterproofing if you are battling with the same problem. Laura S

We thought their price was high, but the salesman seemed to know what he was talking about, so we decided not to price around to maybe save some money. The job was completed as scheduled, then a few days later it was wet all over the floor. They came back and found that a pipe was not sealed correctly. It was just carelessness. Then it rained, and the basement walls and floor were so wet it soaked up into about 15 absorption and snakes. We called for service and they came again. They did something on the inside walls but after another rain it was wet again. We decided to put a hold on our AMEX card. We paid for a waterproof basement, and it was not. It rained again, it was wet again. Then they knew they had to do something more. So, this time they did the entire outside part of the job again. Yesterday we had another rain and the basement is dry. I am doing this review and I rated them 3 Stars because ultimately my basement is dry, so they did waterproof it, and they did come back for repair. But, I wonder if they would have come if I have not put a hold on the payment. UPDATE: it has been 2 years since this job and I am here updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Since this work was done my basement has been bone dry.

Work was estimated to take 2 days but was completed in one day. Workers were professional and did a great job with cleanup. Process was explained in detail and documentation of process was made available to me.

They worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Very easy to deal with. Real pros.

They are a bit pricey, but the quality of work is good.

Clean and fast completion of the project after an informative inspection detailing why the water was coming into the house and how their solution would stop it. Assuming we have no water in the future this experience was great all around.
