Absolute nightmare company. The owner Jordan is both unprofessional and dishonest. I am having to use the courts for the return of $6500 paid. I had to have a DNR officer out to my home today to check on the traps that this company set June 4th and have NEVER ONCE CHECKED. The officer was unable to remove the trap from my roof because this company SCREWED THE TRAP THROUGH MY SHINGLES!!!!!

Waste of time and money do not work with this company whatsoever!! Paid them cash upfront, and they still have not been back to complete the job after one year!! Every time, I ask them when they are going to come back, they have a new excuse or dont show up!!

These scores are applied to the 3 men who came to my house and did the work. The adjusted scores do not reflect my experience with the owner. The contract includes "Mayhem will be painting the front of the house". Painting has not been done due to weather conditions. The owner will be held responsible for completing the contract during warmer weather.

If you are considering hiring Mayhem, DON’T! The “attic abatement” crew cleared out the attic and installed ridge guards in April 2024 (those guys were awesome!). HOWEVER, I have been waiting ever since to have the “animal exclusion”/trapping/monitoring, and repairs to the fascia, soffits, gutters, roof, etc. completed. I have phoned, texted, emailed and been told each time that “Someone” will be out to finish. It is presently July 26, 2024 and “Someone” has yet to appear to complete the job. So, has the smooth talking owner taken my money and run away with it? Will I have to pursue a day in Small Claims Court for Mayhem’s failure to complete the contract?

I wish I had called Mayhem first. After a tree fell through my roof, little squirrels found a new home in my attic. They kept me up at night scratching and frolicking in my attic. I called maybe 4 other people who assured me they could help, but the problem persisted. I also found I had bats too! Ewe! Mayhem bolted down any ways they could get in, put a steel roof cap on ( for the bats), and put up exit doors for the bats. I have not seen nor heard any noises since. They did follow ups in the fall, spring, and will again next year. Jordan and his team did a great job! I can finally sleep well at night.

It took longer than we expected to get the project started because they were the only company in the area that did it. So, it was not easy to stay in contact. However, they were professional, thorough, high quality, kind, and informative. It made up for everything else.

Judging from the pics on the website, I have no doubt that this company really knows how to trap animal pests. However, my experience with them tackling an unknown critter within a wall has been abysmal. After inspection and thermal imaging, the owner Jordan convinced me that I had multiple problems including bats, squirrels, mice and perhaps a woodpecker. I was talked into a complete plan to close all entry points for such critters including roof ridgegaurds, one way bat traps, spraying the attic and vacuuming up afterwards. I was assured of the value of this treatment and that it carried a one year warranty plus two visits. The cost was $3600 even with some sort of discount and payment was to be upfront to cover costs. Before paying I checked the Angi website and was satisfied. It states that the customer will see pictures of attic findings so that we don't have to take their word for it. This never happened and when I requested evidence of bats they could provide none. Both times the technicians arrived, they came unannounced but I think that was not their mistake but their office. They were helpful, neat in appearance and friendly. Their total time spent here has so far been 3 1/2-4 hours and the problem is not gone. So, $1000 an hour minus expenses! I contacted the owner expressing my concerns and asked for a cost detailed list of the items he quoted in my receipt and was told they do not do this. He would not budge. I was told an employee would arrange to come out this week to finish work but that was 7 days ago and nada. I do not recommend this company and their business practice of not giving detailed quotes needs to be highlighted so no one falls for this trap. If they satisfy my requests I will update this. I feel I am owed back a sizeable of money.

On work quality. They came when expected, and got the job done fairly quickly. I have the rating at 3.5 now, will improve it by .5 for every week I don't see or hear any squirrels in the attic. On Customer service - I asked for a detailed quote, using the pictures he showed me that he claimed came from my attic. At first he was dismissive, then send another copy of the same bill with a few words added, and called that detailed. Still no pics. Value for the money - They charged OVER 3 times what I was quoted from Orkin. He's a really good salesman, convinced me they use infrared technology and all kinds of things, including indicating he could show me the infrared trails where pest had walked. I never saw that. He did have a LOT more pictures than the Orkin guy, despite only taking a half hour to inspect vs Orkin guy taking over 3 hours. And if the pics he showed me actually came from my attic, he found a lot the Orkin guy did not. After they left, I asked a follow-up question about exactly what gas was used, and that was completely ignored. They will come out in the Spring and next fall for followups, provided I call and setup the appt. That's included in the price. All of the above being said, IF I am actually squirrel free, it was totally worth it, and I'll be hiring them to get rid of a groundhog for me as well, and likely ALL of these ratings will be going up. Note: 1 week out, one peaceful week with nary a scritch scratch from the attic. Fingers crossed! Update 10/12/22: Three weeks later there is still squirrels in the attic which means they have access to food and water so they have neither been excluded or removed. Currently trying to work with vendor to get this resolved

The crew was very considerate and professional. They answered all questions and explained what was happening. They will be back in month to check everything.

Jordan and his team were wonderful to work with, responsive, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and fair. I was having trouble finding someone to repair some damaged siding and he offered that and much more. He identified bat issues in our attic we were unaware of and resolved things very quickly. Communication was also top notch, he kept in touch and followed up consistently so we always knew what was happening. Highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable, professional and cared about the wildlife and my property. He came quickly, gave a fair estimate and did the work as expected.

Jordan has been very attentive at keeping the traps baited and safely rehoming the unintended catches. When he gets that elusive groundhog, I will revise the rating to 5 stars.

We hired Jordan to safely remove a family of racoons who had taken over our backyard. To start off his response time was great. He not only showed concern but he came to access the situation shortly after. He was friendly, professional and successfully trapped the whole family. We appreciate having our yard back & wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

We are just starting the process but I am confident they have the solution. Very informative and thorough. Can’t wait for these raccoon friends to have a new home not here :)

Our family had an issue with a couple of coyotes in our local city neighborhood. The coyotes had attacked and killed more than one residential dog, including ours. After speaking with the local animal control and DNR representatives, we were able to hire Jordan and his team to come help with the coyote problem. They took their time and carefully made sure that no other issues will arise due to the 2 coyotes. Jordan was so knowledgeable and understanding. He stayed in communication with us about everything that was going on. Now we know that other families can feel safe in that neighborhood. We can’t recommend Mayhem enough! Job done well!!

We seen their ad on Facebook, in a local group page. I mentioned having a nuisance of bats dwelling in our house for a few years. They responded promptly and requested us to call them. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the scope of work and offered an affordable inspection. Within a day they were out and walked through the inspection with us. Showed us several access points of where the bats were coming in from, and even explained what type of colony was existing in our attic! They stand behind their work with a warranty on all services.
