Maynard Home Imporovements did a nice job on an outside set of stairs. It was done in a timely manner and the stairs look attractive,, solid, and safe. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and the employees were pleasant. I would have them back again to do more work in the future.

I had 2 different projects in my plans. I was getting high quotes that were causing me to separate the 2 projects. MHI gave me a quote on both that was within my budget. They did both projects and did a wonderful job.

I am very pleased with the results. Gary took on a very big job, and my place looks fantastic. Gary and Steve created a new 10x10 deck with rail and a step, redid the deck floor on the screened in porch, moved the exit from one side to the other, put in a gutter, installed siding, installed metal sheets on the roof and removed the rotted deck. A lot of work, a dangerous job, and they did it all. Great skills, knowledge and expertise in their craft. I'd hire them again and again and will call Maynard first in any project. I am very pleased. They fit the bill, hit the mark on every level.

Gary did a great job replacing our deck. His attention to detail and the finished product was impressive. This was a very large project (900 sf) and while the project took longer than he had projected, I never felt like he rushed through, or compromised on quality to make up time. Gary is very personable and is committed to making sure the project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We enjoyed having Gary and his crew work for us, and would hire him again.

We entrusted Gary to replace our roof, side our house, install a front and back deck, remodel our bathroom, install tile floors in 3 rooms and install wood floors in 4 rooms. I cannot recommend him more highly. Every job was absolutely professionally completed. Gary is an extremely hard worker and is very reliable. He is quality driven and will not sacrifice that quality just to rush through a job. Our friends are wowed when they see the difference he made in our house. I have hired contractors for past jobs and none of them match Gary in being honest, hard-working and steadfast. We even have a contractor friend who questioned us about hiring Gary instead of him. After seeing the stunning completed decks he started negotiating with Gary to add a sunroom to his house. Our contractor friend told me how beautiful our floors look now. We hired Maynard Home Improvements to build a new composite deck. Gary was very professional. The price was very reasonable and there were no surprise increases. He was unable to finish the project on time, but this was due mostly to weather and a last minute design change. We are very happy with our new deck and would recommend Maynard Home Improvements.
