More than just a AC System Swap. Professional, On Time, Great communication through the process, set proper expectations, listened to and answered my questions and concerns, and we got a great price. I called because I wanted to have my 16 year old AC system replaced. It died again right before a cold front so it seemed like a great time. They were a pleasure to work with. They work with Carrier alot, which after doing my research was the company I really wanted to go with. The replacement went great and everything looks and runs top notch. In addition to swapping out the unit we discussed alot about indoor air quality. With Covid now a thing and just generally wanting the best air for my family we installed the newest LED Reme Halo which is doing a great job according to my indoor air quality meter. we enlarged/swapped out the air filter grill to a standard size so I could have access to a more common filter. I really cant recommend them enough. I plan to have them back for additional work I want to have done.
