The gentleman showed up very respectful and looked well groomed. For a second I did not think he was the technician who was going to install my ac unit. The technician was very prompt, respectful and explained in detail the work that was going to be performed. The work was completed in good time and our family did not have to suffer the heat anymore due to his work ethic and motivation to complete in a good time.
