We had a family room renovated (drywall, ceiling, trim, paint) and Jose provided us with an accurate, detailed, itemized estimate for the work. After hiring him, Jose and his team showed up on time, worked the entire time, were careful not to disturb or damage the rest of the house with their work. Jose always made sure I knew who was going to be working onsite and introduced me to each member of the crew. Jose and his crew are conscientious and detail oriented and we are very, very happy with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their house. Our job was done on time and within the quoted price.

I have moved many times, and to many different cities internationally and have always been challenged finding someone to upgrade and renovate. Jose and his Crew work in the most honest, trustworthy, timely, and excellent manner which I have ever experienced. His work ethic is above reproach and his passion for what he does is beyond compare. Even in the midst of the chaos of a complete kitchen renovation, I was able to use my fridge and stove each evening and the MAZ Crew were diligent to clean all work areas (sometimes washing floors on their hands and knees) so that the construction 'mess' would not be tracked into the rest of the house. Jose' was very prompt and efficient. He came and gave me an estimate to renovate my laundry and utility room. Everything was done in a timely manner and he made sure all was clean and neat. The cabinets (there was a whole wall upper and lower) plus drawers that he chose were all wood and not pressed board. I was very pleased. He installed a special pattern of porcelain tile on a previous vinyl floor as my husband chose something special and that also came out very nice. I got a lovely granite countertop/ stainless steel sink/ with brushed nickel faucet. Very special and nice. He also did some extra things for me and never complained.

I own a rental property and needed 2 lights replaced, dry root on a french door frame replace/repaired and fence repaired. Jose called immediately and came out that night to give me a quote (on a Friday night). His quote was a bit high but considering that he came out right away and did all the work the next day; I am very happy with his work. If you want work done fast, professional, and with an attention to detail-Jose is your man.

I had several handymen here, in addition to the ServiceMagic recommendations. Jose was excellent. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of home building and told me things about my house that a virtual parade of handymen and professionals did not. Aware that I am on a limited budget, Jose showed me how to do a few easy repairs myself. And, he also showed me what is necessary to fix right away and what can wait until I have more money saved up. Jose was a true gentleman and the first handyman I actually wanted to invite to dinner! His prices were not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. A all the way.
