Mike was very helpful. Door bell was not working; he checked the batteriesand found one needed replacing. He could have said we need re-wiring or something. Very honest and did some other jobs that we needed doing. while lhe was here, ojstead of coming back another day and cvhargind for a 2nd call. will call him again for future needs.

Although the cost seemed a bit high to me (repairing siding in various areas), I was impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the honesty and level of customer service. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike is very efficient and followed up with me fairly quickly. I can't actually rate the work quality because I can't see the top of my roof (smile). He also wrote up the work order clearly so that I understood the work to be done.

I did not know if I needed a completely new suntube or if mine could be repaired. I was prepared for both. Mike first looked at a quick repair but that was not possible and i agreed it was not. Then he decided to replace the unit from inside and not replace, at this time, the part on the roof. He did the job well and was very neat and cooperative. Have had rain and snow and no issues so far. Good company and good people that work for them.
