Newly installed gutter is leaking and the water is hitting the house. After 2 calls in 10 days nobody has called or shown up. But my check sure got cashed quickly. Will call one more time, then I ll be forced to take the next step

The installer showed up by himself to install a 59X39; gutter. Needless to say it bent trying to raise it. He came back another day to install gutter with a helper that was totally inexperienced. The head installer failed to rivet spout outs to mounting bracket. I had to finish this myself. They were going to leave before cleaning black marks on my siding. I made them clean that off.

The men who installed my gutters were friendly and courteous and did an excellent job and did it quickly. I think their price is a little high and they were unwilling to schedule in advance, but I think the quality of the work is impeccable and when it is installed you'll be happy with their work.

The 2 gentleman that did the work were quick, efficient, and thorough. They spent extra time making sure a piece of difficult fascia(which was also quoted with the job) was done right. All in all I am 100% satisfied and they went out of their way to make sure that was the case.

I corded out eight different car companies.. McAndrew Construction was the cheapest and they have lifetime warranty transferable. I did find one little problem so they knock off a little money the guys were awesome about it . other then that gutter look awesome and i love it .

Do what they say they are going to do.

They had to come back to redo a corner and fix downspout ends

It was a pleasure doing business with this contractor. All aspects of the job, from initial estimate to job completion, were handled very professionally. Would definitely hire again.

I have had drainage issues on my property along the side of my house following rain storms for years. I researched gutter guards as a way of keeping the drains that were installed clear of debris. It was suggested the downspouts were inadequately sized to handle the amount of water coming off the roof. I decided to replace the gutters as well. It rained last night and I am happy to report there was no spillage over the sides of the gutters and the area along the side of my property that had accumulated water was significantly drier then before. I am very pleased with the quality of the gutters, covers and downspouts installed as well as the quality of service and timeliness of initial evaluation and installation. Great customer service.. I can't wait to see how they work in the winter.

Outstanding Service & Quality

There was just some confusion on what day they were coming from the message on the phone but we finally figured it out and they came the next day earlier than they were supposed to but they got it done and a timely manner and they were very polite so all was good

Our experience started off great, or so we thought. The representative who came out did not accurately represent the company responsibility and the owner did acknowledge that there was a disconnect and that they were working on communication issues within the company between the sales and work crews. We took the representative at face value and paid 1/2 of the cost up front. Work done almost a month later, after many delays for many reasons, which we were OK with. Things happen and we did not have an emergency. Work completed was messy, flashing not lined up, bent, all nails not evenly spaced or sunk, dents around the nail holes from a hammer (apparently did not use a padded mallet on the very thin aluminum), places where the hammer scraped away the paint. We called the owner very upset, he promised to come out himself today to look at the work, instead he sent his nephew....the same guy who came out the 1st time and made promises that were incorrect. I was not going to write anything actually, because I was happy that the owner said he would take responsibility for his crew and come and look. Himself. He didn't think we were worth the trouble apparently. The total cost for our 77 foot long house was $2600.00, excluding $600.00 for the flashing. We have paid the full amount for the gutter system, the cost of the flashing is still outstanding, hoping they come back and fix the mistakes listed above. I wish we had just looked in our local want ad digest.

Other companies didnt follow throught after estimating the work on my father's gutters. This company got the job done.

T hey were great to do business with. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. The work was delayed for a few weeks because of the weather but that was not their fault. Good installation. Fast too, done in just a few hours. And they cleaned up all the debris. Definitely worth the money. I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs new gutters.

I have recently hired McAndrew Construction to install seamless gutters and covers. They have not been installed yet but I felt I had to review the sales rep. Jim McAndrew did an excellent job of explaining the system and showing samples of the products that will be used. He went over the whole installation process with me and the financial arrangements to help this fit into my budget. While it will be 2-3 weeks before they are installed I am looking forward to the end result. Can't believe I'm excited about getting GUTTERS. I will submit another review after installation. Thanks Home Advisor for fixing me up.

The sales, marketing, and installation were out standing. They tried to do the job in February before any major snowfall and of course we had a foot of snow with the job only about 60% complete. After about Three weeks the snow melted and the job was completed. If the functionality of the gutter system is as good as the installation appears to be, give me a few months, I will be very pleased. I highly recommend McAndrew Construction!!!
