I had been trying for over a year to get gutters installed on my house. I had contacted several companies to get estimates, one company showed up, gave me an estimate, I agreed and never heard from them again. Other companies never returned my calls. When I contacted McAndrew Construction they immediately returned my call and gave me an appointment for an estimate. Mr. McAndrew came and gave me an estimate, showed me samples of what gutters were going to be installed, gave me a time frame for installation and a written contract. True to his word, his team came, were completely professional, did a great job and made sure there were no pieces of metal left on the ground (important if you have dogs or children running around your yard). The whole installation took one day. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again. They were great!

Very professional and nice covid complicated things but was still a pleasure to deal with.

I hired McAndrew four weeks ago, gave him a $1000.00 deposit. Said he would be back in 2-3 weeks to do the job of replacing my gutters. When I did not hear from him, I called and left messages at the office and on his cell. NO CALLBACK. I am starting to believe that I am being scammed. I am out $1000.00 and have no new gutters. I am also beginning to think that all of the positive reviews here are either a couple of years old or complete fabrications. So there Any suggestions?

Excellent work, The crew is very skilled and professional. Men worked well together and were very neat, clean and courteous .They did not waste a minutes time during the course of the day.

The gutters and covers were a little pricey but Chris the salesman was very thorough and all around good guy. The employees were very experienced, hard working guys and did a great job. Thank you very much!!!

Hire them to install new Gutters and place gutter guards on existing and new gutters. Spoke to sales person via phone as this is a vacation home in PA and I am not already there. Explained what I wanted while he was at my home looking at the roof and received a quote and contract. Contract had a hand drawn figure of our roof, but after discussing with the sales person over the phone what I wanted while he was looking at the roof, thought everything was there. Signed the contract based on conversation I had only to find out he left a portion of the roof off the contract. 1st was told he remembered the conversation now stating he did not and will not resolve until I pay an additional $350.

Very quick turnover when contacted. The job was completed in one day. They arrived at 2:00 P.M. They completed the job by 7:00 P.M. On the installation of rain cutters they did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this contractor.

McAndrew did a great job on the gutters. The project was completed within a week of signing the contract AND done well. My husband and I really appreciated the knowledge McAndrew had with our community, the quality of product and the professionalism of the men who installed the gutters. Thank you!

They came and gave me a quote took a 50% deposit and said that they would be back in a month at the latest -- I have tried to call several times and have left several messages, spoke with a representative that said he would be back to me the next day but have heard nothing. I would never use them or recommend them -- all I would like is my money back. I will be contacting the BBB in Endicott also. Best regards -- Jack Buckman

Joe, Sales Agent, was very helpful explaining the installation of new seamless gutters. No tax paid because this is a MY based company. Great savings there. The men followed my instructions installing downspout to coincide with future landscaping. After 3 calls to other companies and no call backs, I highly recommend this company. Job done within days after signing of contract.

We set up appointment to meet to discuss the project. Mr. McAndrew was great with explaining everything and had video to demonstrate how this new (new to me) gutter works. They are better than standard gutters and this type prevents ice build up which is a great help given the Pocono weather. Pricey yes but well worth it.

There were efficient and easy to work with. I’ll be using McAndrew in the future.
