Mcbride called me back quickly, showed up at my home an hour later and were straight forward and professional. The old water heater had sprung a leak so it was kind of a emergency. A couple of hours later the old heater was out and a new unit installed and functioning. They cleaned up the mess and hauled the old water heater away. From when I first realized there was a leak to them finishing the job and leaving was less than 10 hours.

Good attitude/spirit. Clean (person and equipment) and also cleaned up well after work done. Invoice was detailed which was helpful because I have to split costs with someone. Really good quality too. I can tell this is going to be lasting work. Pricing was acceptable. I was trying the ‘find a cheap plumber’ thing on Nextdoor, Facebook etc but they’re all flaky (don’t show up) so I went to Angi and found McBride. McBride is the way to go…

Mike and associate were very professional and courteous. They identified the problem, then explained to me the solution necessary to fix the problem. They performed quality work not just quantity. Honest, fair, and quick outside faucet replacement.

The camera showed that pipes under the house were separated in 3 different locations. Tree roots were coming up the pipes causing more problems. New pipes and fittings were installed. Workers were all very good, especially Patrick and Wesley who gave explanations and answered many questions. When the job was completed the cleanup was exceptional, everything back in order again.
