"We understand your frustration, and apologize that it seemed we weren't working with you on a solution. We are grateful to be able to work directly with the manufacturer as well. They are giving us insight into what can be done to improve the finishing on the patio door. We are also learning from this situation as yours was unique. Most people have the factory pre-finishing the interior; you wanted to apply the finish yourself, which is okay, but we now know that we should have specified that at ordering time. We received suggestions from the manufacturer about a solution, and we received affirmation from them that it was installed properly and caulked well. We will see with you what can be done."
