McCart Carpentry

Jim and crew came and installed railings for my porch here in Lenoir City. I then contracted with them to build a room. They did a great job with my 26'x 26' room. We loved working with them and we are loving our beautiful new room.

So refreshing to hire someone who does what they say. The work is high quality as well.

Quality work installing 3 piece crown molding into an older home with difficult angles and walls

Wonderful, quality work. So pleased, really thrilled with our new stairway. Would not change one thing about it. Mr McCart was helpful and gave us excellent advise. Will hire him for future projects. Recommend him without reservation.

He never came back with a estimate for service, When I called him about 2 weeks later he said he was to busy to get the estimate ready for me. Now 2 more weeks have passed and still no estimate or worker.

Jim came out to give me my quote, was very professional, and very informative. He talked me through all the options, and was patient as I talked out what I was wanting. Jamie came out to do the install (handrail on staircase) and did an outstanding job! I am more than pleased with the quality of his work. I watched him work at times, and he talked me through what his next steps were, and I was very happy with his attention to detail and how thorough he was. I’m sure he could have done the job much quicker, but he went slowly to make sure he gave me a high quality product, and asked questions to make sure I received exactly what I had pictured. I would use these guys again in heartbeat, for any carpentry task that I have in the future. Highly recommend to all

Jamie was very professional and did high quality work. He was very good about explaining to my 91 year old father what he was doing and why he was doing it. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again when needed.

Not the cheapest, but did what we asked and good job, on time.

Jim and his crew did exceptional work: custom built-in bookcases, crown molding, oak staircase, and re-fitting many closets. They are excellent carpenters, reliable, reasonable, and easy to work with. I recommend them highly. (And I say this as the son of a carpenter, who knows craftsmanship when he sees it.) Jim is first-rate.

Great job will be calling on Jim again!

Jim and Jamie McCart are tops on my list for any carpenter work. Jim gave us a timely and more than reasonable price on the estimate for replacing our basement stairs and Jamie McCart did an excellent job accomplishing the work. Finish carpentry quality. Even better than what we had asked for! Plus, I learned about the Spartan races.

Called me promptly and completed work timely as promised. Outstanding trim carpenter.

I was extremely pleased by Jamieâ s very professional work.

McCart carpentry gave use a quote to do our hand rail installation as well as quotes to complete additional carpentry projects that we needed done. We have been very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail on each project and the promptness to get the jobs completed. We would definitely hire Jim and his great crew to work on a carpentry project again,

I got exactly what I asked for and more. I was very pleased. Jim went above what I was expecting and would recommend him to anyone that needs a carpenter. His quote stayed the same.

He is very genuine. You do not have to wonder if he is going to do what he says. He is reliable.

He is excellent! Jim communicates. He always lets us know what is going on!
