The repair was done very quickly. Randall did a great job explaining exactly what needed to be done and provided suggestions and options. The two disappointing factors were the customer service and price. Scheduling was good but Randall didn't show up until 2 hrs after the 3 hr appointment window. There was no call to update me. Also, charging $190 for a shower spout which cost $30 and 2 mins to put on is outrageous. I'm glad I had some previous experience and declined that option. After the job was done and the proposal was being reviewed I was then told I also had to pay the $39.95 service fee - that was for him just to show up!

They were prompt and professional. The day before the installation, our hot water heater stopped working. The crew tried to relight the pilot, but that did not fix the problem. They were able to get us a good deal on a new hot water heater and got it installed that afternoon.
