McCaughin Brothers Fence

I hired John and his brother to install a decorative black aluminum double-gate for the backyard so my lawn crew could have easy access to cut the grass with their wide lawn mower. They did a great job and they helped me with another project. I really loved these guys! When they were finished - they said they would be back the next day to put in the "drop-down bar". they never came back and never answered my phone calls, texts or emails. I know they are busy - but follow-up is important with at least a quick response. Ironically, my neighbor came over to ask me how I liked the work they did. He also had an estimate from them. I told him they did a great job - but they never finished and never responded. Last week he a new fence installed by another company. Dave Bentley
