We have hired McCauley Construction on several occasions (mostly roofing repairs) and they have always provided excellent service with very fair pricing. Unlike other construction companies I have dealt with in the past, McCauley returns phone calls quickly and responds to whatever the issue is in a timely manner. Had a great experience with Dan McCauley. We had a lot of work that needed done to our roof, some siding, chimneys, and gutters. He gave a fair price and completed the work quickly. As he ran into problems, he laid out options for us and gave reasonable advice on which direction to go with various repairs.

Dan has done numerous jobs for us over the last 15 years. From doing a sun room to putting on a roof over an existing porch. Dan is easy to work with and stands behind his work. They clean up at the end of every day and his employees are kind and courteous. I would highly recommend McCauley construction.

I needed help with a project in my home less than a week before Christmas. I contacted McCauley construction and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend!

I had to hire another contractor to replace wood, re-shingle and re-caulk the chimney. Also, I had to have the wall repaired and repainted.

Dan gave us a bid for the job immediately and started the job right away. He and his team replaced a door and door jamb with a new door and storm door. They rebuilt and leveled the floor of the room, installed installation, replaced air vents and built a step to the door. They were honest, courteous, professional, and prompt. They did an excellent job and we are happy with their work and plan to hire them again in the spring.

They then proceeded to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. I respect the fact that he made all the decisions to do the job, and proceeded without hesitation. The work was well done and eased my mind regarding future work with them. I highly recommend him and his crew.

His name is Spike. Spike is very polite and patient. He is very informative and explained everything. He made sure there was no gas leaks before removing HVAC system. It was thorough. He was also very communicative.

I want the refund since the walls is not fixed properly.

McCauley came within 30 minutes and fixed my leak in the pouring rain.

They responded quickly and came for estimate and then the repair, but they had no regard for the plants where they placed their ladders. They pulled out a trellis that was apparently in their way, but also destroyed the clematis that was still attached!

What we thought was a roof problem turned out to only be a gutter problem. McCauley arrived with a crew and equipment and was able to fix the problem at the time of the original inspection for a fair price.

I hired this company to repair a flat roof over my breezeway. They not only did not stop the leaks in the roof they left it in worse shape than it was. They made a mess on the roof with excess tar and put nail holes in a flat roof! The company that I hired to fix their mess stated that they could not believe that I was charged for the work that was done. I would not recommend this company.

Dan came out promptly to give me an estimate. After hiring them it was just a few days before Bobby, Angel, and Timmy began work. It was completed in just a matter of hours. I did a walk around afterwards and did point a couple of things out to them which they immediately addressed. I would hire them again.
