First of all, the painters were neat, picked up when finished,friendly and nice to have around. However, they just didn't seem to understand what had been promised by the salesperson. My husband needed to oversee the work otherwise a number of items would have slipped past. We paid for two coats of paint, yet shutters, trim, doors, and garage doors were missed. Also, the company insisted that it was okay to paint in the rain and at temps below the paint manufacturers specs. If you pay close attention to the work, and can recognize problems, they will do what it takes, within reason, to leave you a happy customer.

McLain�s did a very comprehensive, detail oriented job of repairing, restamping, and painting our ceilings, installing and painting drywall, patching drywall holes, and putting up crown molding along the ceiling edges. They also installed new lighting for us. We are very pleased with the professionalism of all the employees; James, Todd, and Barbara. They even cleaned up after themselves. Brad Gayer, a contractor and master of all construction skills, put up all the crown molding and removed an old stairway banister. Thanks to McLain�s Painting, we have a new home we are very delighted with.
