I'm not one to go in a full review rant. I will just say save your money and time, go somewhere else. They are not worth the headache they will bring. You have been warned.....

They did a good job and came out fast!

McClains Plumbing responded quickly. They were on time for the appointment and worked quickly. In about 20 min they had cleared the sewer lines and the water started draining. I would recommend them to anyone.

McClains plumbing failed to map out the sewer lines via the crawlspace and tore up my deck using hacksaws. Only to find out there is NO sewer line underneath the deck and that the deck did not need to be removed for work to be completed. I was told the deck would be disassembled in a manner in which I could easily reassemble; however, they broke multiple boards and used hacksaws on main support beams. They also left broken sewer pipe covered in sewage behind my air conditioner. Unprofessional and unwilling to acknowledge responsibility for the crude and unnecessary manner in which the deck was torn apart. I will happily edit my review if the company is willing to give a discount on the final invoice.

Very satisfied, came out quickly and quick response. Did a good job, and worked hard.

I contacted the plumber. He came to my house, inspected the damage. I explained what I knew about problem. He went outside, opened the hatch to the drain and proceeded to rotorooter the drain. The water receded. He explained the problem. He was prompt, listened, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Great experience! Had a minor plumbing emergency on a Saturday. Got the quote fast after speaking with two competitors who were charging double for a simple job. Art was at my house within an hour, done in a few minutes and answered all my questions without upselling or making me feel I was annoying him. Great work done right quickly at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Stay away!! Scammers!!! Tried to trick me into $2200 fake job claiming that my pipe is broken I hired another plumber same day who uncloged my sewer in less than 30 minutes This MCCLAINS PLUMBING are bunch of scammers that are willing to damage your floor to replace your good pipes and cost you more to restore your floor for no reason but to scam the heck out of you I will report them everywhere I can including the city until this fake business is closed

Extremely impressed with the service we received today from McClains plumbing. They were on time, accessed the situation and tackled the drain like a champ. I expect that my issue is completely resolved for quit some time 😊! They will surely be my go to for any plumbing issues, thank you!

Everything was fast and quick

Art came out to snake and camera my main sewer the same day I called. They snaked the sewer and identified a collapsed section with the camera very quickly and talked through what a replacement would cost. My only minor complaint would be they left a little bit of a mess on the basement floor with sewer water, but that is understandable for dealing with the sewer. I would recommend them for any clogged drains or sewer.
