Indoor Air Quality Testing
I specifically ordered an outdoor car emissions, exhaust, and fumes test and I paid $220/00. Instead he gave me an outdoor mold test which I couldn't use and didn't order. After confronting him he told me that he couldn't do the test that I wanted and refused to give me my money back. He totally misrepresented himself and is keeping my money. He should of told me that he couldn't do the test I wanted from the beginning instead of charging me for another test. He still refuses to refund my money.
