Bill was very friendly and answered all of my questions. There were a few things that I wanted to try to do myself, and he showed me what I needed to do and what materials to use. When it came to the big job, he showed up exactly when he said he would and did really beautiful repairs. You would never know that there was damage or that there was a repair. It matches that well.
