McClellands Contracting & Roofing

I have used McClellands Roofing 3 times. Two for roof repair and they installed ice rails on part of our roof. They for sure do high quality work. I highly recommend McClellands for roof repairs or installations. The team starting with the office to the technicians are always polite and very helpful. When they leave, you don’t even know they were there other than a good looking roof. Will continue to use them for any repairs that would arise.

We were starting to look into roof replacement for this season and called to get some preliminary info. The rep, Nick, was super knowledgeable about the different ventilation options. Really helped clear up some confusion we had. Others came out, but didn't go into my attic or on the roof, let alone update me on ventilation and the importance of it. We moved forward, and couldn't be happier! The crew, led by Dustin, was thorough and efficient. They communicated before, during, and after install, and kept me in the loop with updated photos throughout the process. Once they were done, the only way to tell they were here was by seeing a beautiful roof! The crew cleaned up everything, and even made my property look better then before they got here (we had a lot of leaves in our driveway lol). Due to the expertise in ventilation, we have already noticed the difference in temperature on the top floor, and are looking forward to see if our utility costs go down slightly. From start to finish, this team was top notch. I would refer them to anybody! Thanks Nick and Dustin, you guys were incredible!!!!!

McClellands came out to inspect my soffit, fascia, gutters. They were able to get to my house the same week i called, when everywhere else told me multiple weeks to wait, if they even called me back. When Jason arrived, he was very knowledgeable about various products that they could install, and noted some areas where we had water overflowing. He recommended a bigger size gutter in this area due to water load, and was very communicative during the process to help us pick out colors and products. When we scheduled the work, the operations team reached out with schedule dates and updates, and kept us informed during the lead up to the project. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but the operations manager was extremely thorough, and he even accommodated my crazy work schedule and would call me in the evenings because he knew i was free. I’ve never been treated this way as a customer, truly above and beyond. When the project started, the crew, led by Tommy, kept me up to date all day, took photos of everything, and walked me around periodically to make sure i was happy with everything, even before they finished. They spotted some rotted wood, notified me, and had that area fixed in no time as well. For a project i thought i could never see completed, they made my dreams come true. When finished, they cleaned up everything perfectly, and even called me on the first rain storm to make sure everything was functioning right, which OF COURSE it was. If i could leave more stars i would, thank you for everything McClellands!
