Sorry I canâ  t rate the work quality as no actual work was done,just an inspection..The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.We got a quick response to our request with a phone call and a visit the following day as it was not an emergency. The visit was complimentary which says so much about the company.If I need further advice or work done I would definitely recommend this company.

McCoy Plumbing & Heating is underated. They are in the top 3 best Plumbing & Heating companies you can find locally in Hampton Roads. They should be on The Best of Hampton Roads on Wavy Tv. They do not base their work on sales and commission. They base it on Tradesmanship like quality at a decent price. I am absolutely satisfied with everything!!!

The technicians from McCoy were professional, competent and very courteous in dealing with my wife and I on repairing our furnace. McCoy plumbing and heating was an amazing company to work with, I don’t live in the area and I had an issue with my rental property. They sent me pictures and explained everything that was going on with my heating/cooling unit… WHICH WAS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING! With that being said I needed to get a new unit and they quickly got everything together and sent me all the information. Then they were even willing on their off time to go to the property and get the old unit out and new one installed to ensure that me tenants had heat for the upcoming cold weather. Within 2 days I had a brand new system installed and running beautifully.

Steve was prompt, curtious and solved my Heating Issue. Would recommend.

McCoy Plumbing and Heating provided great service. My furnace stopped working on Dec. 20th, and I submitted a request for a quote through Angi, and they contacted me and arrived at my house the same morning. Within two days of the initial visit, they removed my old furnace and installed a new one. Steven and Johnny were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a great job and I highly recommend them, and would hire them again as well.

Stephen was on time.came prepared for the job and very friendly. He also explained what he was doing as he completed the job.

Both Steven and Johnny were excellent. Real craftsman. I would know after 44 years in a shipyard. All aspects of the job were explained as they went through the process of installing new ac and heating system. Highly recommend this company and these individuals. Their cost was way below competitors for the exact same system. (over a thousand)

We were selling a house and HVAC issues w/ the gas pack were discovered during a HVAC inspection. Other companies were either charging way too much or couldn’t get the work done in time for closing. McCoy stepped up and got the work done with a quick turn around at a reasonable price. They even worked in the rain with a tent to insure it was done on time.

Knowledgeable, professional and has the bottom line up front way of doing business. I appreciate that in any business. Efficiently replaced my old system with the new.

Repaired ac refrigerant leak and part replacement for reasonable price. Why pay three times the price for a big name company.

He was very professional a quoted me the best price. He is fairly new so I didn’t give 5 stars but I’m sure he will prove his status soon enough.

Steve from McCoy Plumbing, Heating & AC was very polite & professional. I submitted a request for service via Home Advisor(HA) & he contacted me shortly after. Prior to coming out, that same day, at the agreed time he texted his ETA. He came in diagnosed the AC issue & showed me pictures of the problem, fixed it in less than an hour, at a reasonable price. Iâ  d been waiting 4 days without AC for my warranty companyâ  s tech to show up, thatâ  s when I took matters in my own hands & used. Big heating & air companies couldnâ  t come out for another 4-7 days. I will definitely use this company again.
