The work that was done on my shower was not quality work. Grout missing from shower floor. Shower door will not stay closed opens on its own not level. Tile damaged and filled with caulk instead of replacing tiles. Tiles cut incorrectly. Grout seams too wide should have used bullnose tile. Grout not sealed. Used people that had no previous tile experience. Also owner of company does not have proper tiling experience. They were made aware of issues with shower and I have not been contacted. . Pictures and videos can be provided.

However, our records indicate that you have not returned calls nor texts since this job and multiple messages have been sent and contact has tried to be made. Prior to payment, we ask each customer to verify work and give a list of what needs to be resolved of which nothing was given. Also about the caulking, you were advised against that by the owner of the company and you stated the caulking would be fine. Reach out to our office ASAP to resolve these issues."
