My new deck is beautiful, and I know I'm going to enjoy it for years to come. Nick's team showed up when they said they would and did a great job on my deck and installing my new door. Looks great.

Nick and his contracted teams were great through the entire process. Nick accommodated changes in scope, was thorough and finished in a reasonable time. Quality of work with the carpenter team was excellent. We are living our 2 story addition.

We are very pleased with the quality of the construction of our new porch and would definitely recommend McCullough Brothers, The only reason I don't rate a 5 for everything may be unwarranted as I understand it's very difficult since Covid started to get materials and workers. Our screened porch project took about 4 months and many days we didn't know if any workers would be there. Nick McCullough was good about alerting me when a contractor was expected but often there were days or weeks between any progress. In the long run I understand the current day complexities involved and am very pleased with the work. We have a beautiful porch we will enjoy for years to come and I would hire McCullough Brothers again.

My wife and I had plans for a large scale deck on our new house. This project grew and changed as we had Nick and his crew with Jeremy start construction. Nick and his crew took on a massive 1,400sq ft deck consisting of: a 22ft à 33ft section doubling as a carport using timber beams, a dry below ceiling and recessed lighting, a long 71ft stretch that spanned the back of our house before wrapping around the other side, a 2 tier stairwell with landing, a steel cable railing system with hardwood handrails on the entire deck as well as a small section on an interior section inside our house. They even installed a door from our bedroom leading onto the deck as well as an extra large French door in our livingroom, also leading into the deck. My wife and I had very specific wants and needs in a massive project that required a lot in terms of scale and detail on Nick's part. The finished project literally expanded the living space of our house while giving access to our previously inaccessible back yard, access to the deck from multiple rooms and a dry lit carport for our vehicles. The overall project ended up looking amazing and adds soo much to our home in terms of functionality and esthetics. Nick, Jeramy and crew were flexible, worked with us and went above and beyond tackling our big vision. I only wish we could share pics of the finished product so you could really appreciate the scale and how gorgeous it looks.

Nick rescued us when we were at our wits end. Our newly closed in sun porch which was less than a year old was flooding. The previous contractor refused to come back and take ownership of his shoddy work. Nick and his crew had to rebuild everything from the roof on down. Replacing black molded insulation, support beams, ceiling panels, flashing, siding, brick work and the entire floor. There was no footing under the bricks of the outside walls, no moisture barrier between the bricks and the inside wood. He corrected countless code violations including, nails through electrical wires, studs not nailed to anything, electrical outlets not supported by anything just floating in the insulation aka fire hazard, water leaks from no flashing above the siding, as well as the worst brick work in the history of the World. The whole structure was not bolted to the cement and the rafters did not have hurricane brackets. Which means it could have blown away in heavy storm. We had fire hazards that we we completely unaware of which he corrected swiftly, while documenting every part of the failure from the previous person we hired. Nick and his crew were perfectionists, keeping the work space cleaned and cleared every night, hauling all trash away which is unheard of in this trade. His communication was impeccable, always showing up on time, and coming every day to check each phase of the work doing much of it himself. We now have the most beautiful sun-room in Georgia, the white pine ceiling is breathtaking and the highlight of the house. Thank Nick and your crew for everything, We love you and will recommend to anyone needing an A+ master contractor.

Nick McCullough does not stand behind his work. In Dec 2017 he built our Trex deck on schedule. The deck is high quality, and it cost as much as a new Mercedes. The deck needed some tweaks before the year-long warranty ran out, and it was like pulling teeth to get Nick to send anyone out to make the repairs. Finally, Jeremy came out and did a good job. Now, after 2 years, one of the floor planks on the deck is lose, and it is impossible to get Nick to send anyone out to fix it. It is a safety hazard, but he is not responsive. For what I paid, I expected someone who stands behind his work. I am disappointed and do not recommend him.
